What file formats can I upload?
PDF, Word (.docx), and plain text (.txt) files, or you can paste your notes directly into the upload form.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings and cancel from the Billing section. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period, then your account moves to the Free plan automatically.
I was charged twice. What do I do?
Email us from the address on your account with the date of the charge. We'll verify and refund any accidental duplicate charge. See our Refund Policy for details.
Are my uploaded materials private?
Yes. Your materials are private to your account, only you can access them, and you can delete them at any time. We never sell your data.
