Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for the FastIQ Pro subscription. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

How billing works

  • The FastIQ Pro subscription is billed monthly and renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.
  • Payments are processed securely through Paystack.
  • New accounts include a one-month Pro trial with no payment required. You are only charged if you choose to subscribe.

Cancelling your subscription

  • You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. It does not end your access immediately.
  • You keep full Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, your account moves to the Free plan automatically.
  • Cancelling stops future renewals, so you will not be billed again once you cancel.

Refunds

Because cancelling keeps your Pro access active until the end of the period you have already paid for, monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable. You continue to receive the full value of the time you paid for.

We know mistakes happen, so we handle the following situations fairly:

  • Duplicate charges: if you were accidentally charged more than once for the same billing period, contact FastIQ support and we will verify and refund the duplicate charge.
  • Billing errors: if you believe you were charged incorrectly, reach out and we will review your account and put it right.

How to request help

To report a duplicate charge or a billing problem, email FastIQ support at fastiqhp@gmail.com from the email address on your account. Please include the date of the charge and any reference from your payment confirmation so we can resolve it quickly. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
